The Community Eco-Guide Association (CEGA) is a tourism association based in Arugam Bay, Sri Lanka. CEGA has a collaboration between local community based organizations (CBOs), cooperatives and associations founded to promote income generating activities related to tourism with the hope of improving the wellbeing of local people.

The association is made up of 13 Eco-Guide Members, it was formed during a community-based ecotourism project implemented by the Institute for International Economic Cooperation (ICEI) in partnership with Sewalanka Foundation and funded by Italian Cooperation and Regione Lombardia.

During the project was in progress, a professional guide training course has been conducted and 13 guides were officially licensed as Area Guides by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority, specialising in ecotourism and community-based tourism.
